I really love photography and have been threatening to look closer into it as an art form for ages! Maybe this book will serve as a good introduction for me. Thanks for the review!

Forensic foraging looks like an excellent alternative to "the current tsunami of computer-enhanced photography." The trite, trivial and mundane can truly reveal unexpected beauty as the photos in this book prove. I'd love to read more. Thanks for a great review!

It was nice to read that Richards, citing the three different genres in this book - photography, essays, and poems, felt that they hung together as a whole. In fact it seems that one informs the other. I think I would enjoy this unusual artistic effort.

The mix of essays, poems, art and photography make this a unique book, one that really interests me.

Book Title:Forensic Foraging
Book rating:3 out 4

A very detailed book perfect for a person who's trying to nurture an interest in photography or even a professional.
I found Forensic Foraging well edited, however it was quite easy to get carried away especially for a person with no background in photography who is just trying to get a headstart.
Overall, it is a good book suited for people with a basic knowledge of photography.

The theme of this book is finding the extraordinary for the photographers and the adventures behind their pursuits for getting their pictures.

I love arts, any forms of it. I love it so much I'm willing to dive and float on it for days. Thank you for this. I was kinda hesitant to try it but I'm glad reviews exist.

I love art and photography as I, too, see the beauty in random pictures. However, I'd much rather watch a tutorial video on the subject than read it in a book. Thanks for the informative review.

I'm not really into art, but I didn't even know that rusted signs, abandoned houses, broken windows, and individuals in crowds could be made into art. I'll like to see what it's like.

I am not sure if I would enjoy the essays, but art or photography always carries some form of uniqueness that can uplift someone's spirit in a way. I wouldn't mind giving the book a chance.

While I have a love/hate relationship with poetry, I do still appreciate it and I love photography. I might not be any good at it myself, but I love looking at other people's work. This sounds like it could be a good read for me to break from the heavier stuff I've been lost in, something that's just about beauty and appreciating it. Thank you for the helpful review.

I'd really like to read this book because I'm interested in a number of things and one of them is photography. I also love that this book is free of spelling and grammatical errors, those will turn me off faster than anything. I'm glad you enjoyed the book. Thanks for the review!

I'm an artist, both in photography and painting, even poems. I think this book is truly for me. Thanks for this enlightening review!
