What song inspired you to keep on trying no matter what?

This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

Hmm. I'm not sure if I have a song with lyrics that does that. Anime soundtracks, mostly, and trailer music. There's just something about those genres that keeps me going when I need it most.

To be honest, I'm not a believer in "trying no matter what". I just believe in giving everything my best then leave nature to take its course. So, no song really does that to me.

One song that always inspires me is Only Hope by Switchfoot. It's moving, simple, sweet, and both sad and inspirational at the same time. Sad songs sometimes inspire me by validating my emotions and encouraging me to push forward. Definitely give it a listen!
