The title is not as I or most people thought of. The 'Violent Leadership' is about how to be a violent leader in a business world- passionate, innovate, disruptive, and takes things by force kind of leader. Simply put, how to slay in business world. The author even included information about the millennial generation and how to deal with them. I will definitely read this.

While I'm not crazy about the Christian references and am a bit tired of the whole "how to handle millennials" kind of thing, this book does sound like it would be interesting and informative. I can't say as I would've ever thought of "violent leadership" as a positive term, so there's probably more I can learn from this book. Thank you for the helpful review.

The author does take readers by surprise by associating "violent leadership" with the idea of positive energy and transformation. When I first read the title Violent Leadership, my mind raced to politics. I was thinking about Hitler and Idi Amin. Then I read this review and I was stunned that the book is all about business. I did laugh at my ignorance.

The review highlighted that the term 'violent leadership' has a positive connotation according to the author. It sparks my curiosity. I feel motivated to read this book because I think it will give me a great insight into leadership in the business world and how to work with millennials. This was a very captivating review.

One of my favourite university assignments was looking at how violence can be physical or structural. I wish I had had this book then, as I would like to see whether the principles and prblems of state leadership are similar to those in corporations/businesses.
