The title is not as I or most people thought of. The 'Violent Leadership' is about how to be a violent leader in a business world- passionate, innovate, disruptive, and takes things by force kind of leader. Simply put, how to slay in business world. The author even included information about the millennial generation and how to deal with them. I will definitely read this.

While I'm not crazy about the Christian references and am a bit tired of the whole "how to handle millennials" kind of thing, this book does sound like it would be interesting and informative. I can't say as I would've ever thought of "violent leadership" as a positive term, so there's probably more I can learn from this book. Thank you for the helpful review.

The author does take readers by surprise by associating "violent leadership" with the idea of positive energy and transformation. I appreciate his honesty and the personal stories he shares about his own failures. I'm merely not interested in reading the book because I've already reached many of his conclusions. :) Thanks for your review!

When I first read the title Violent Leadership, my mind raced to politics. I was thinking about Hitler and Idi Amin. Then I read this review and I was stunned that the book is all about business. I did laugh at my ignorance.

The review highlighted that the term 'violent leadership' has a positive connotation according to the author. It sparks my curiosity. I feel motivated to read this book because I think it will give me a great insight into leadership in the business world and how to work with millennials. This was a very captivating review.

The various types of leadership all have their merits and demerits. But if the violent type of leadership is productive, people would employ it to be successful in their businesses.

The author was right to preempt readers possible reactions to the use of the term "violent leadership." I must say I didn't really expect the actual definition of the term; I've learned something new. Makes me wonder about what other nuggets o wisdom embedded in the book. Thanks for the enlightening review.

The author's definition of the title is quite surprising. I didn't think "Violent Leadership" could mean anything positive. This is a book that applies to me, as I hope to run a business of my own someday. Nice review.

One of my favourite university assignments was looking at how violence can be physical or structural. I wish I had had this book then, as I would like to see whether the principles and prblems of state leadership are similar to those in corporations/businesses. In fact, I will still check that out now! Thanks for your interesting review.
