Thanks for the interesting review. While I do enjoy a good political thriller I don't think that this book will be a good fit for me. It sounds like a story that was taken from the headlines and given a few twists to create something to create a stir. I'm sure others will enjoy but I think that I'm going to pass.

Still not sure about this book. It's a maybe for me. I like to see how the characters develop along with the plot in a book.

You’re right that this seems like a very timely novel for these days. It’s too bad the characters aren’t more fully developed.

Russia's Biggest Hack by James E. Doucette is a #Political #Thriller revolving around a Russian conspiracy to destroy the USA. It has torrid pace and well-written plot. #HistoricalFiction and #Political #Thriller enthusiasts will find this book marvelous.

The political thriller is not a genre I usually find interesting. Thanks to your review.

I have to disagree that this is intriguing from start to finish. I found the sample pretty unengaging and the dialogue flat. I'm not a fan of politically driven stories anyway. Good review though, just not a book for me.

This sounds like a great outstanding thriller. I usually like well-developed characters, but if the story is strong and exciting, then it will carry the book. Congratulations on being chosen as BOTD. Thanks for the good review.

As the author draws on his own experiences, he develops characters and a plot of substance, creating a realistic environment. As a thriller, a fully immersive experience is imperative given the need to rely on basal emotions. The fact that the author has achieved these objectives is commendable.

This book sounds like a fun thriller to read. I like that the author looks to himself and the real world to pull in the realness of the story. That's pretty cool.

Normally good character development is important to me but the plot of this novel seems intriguing enough to forego that requirement. Thanks for the review.

It is interesting that the author used his experience with the cable industry to make this book seem more believable by having an inside scoop of the terminologies and the capabilities of a global communications system. It is good to hear that it is fast-paced and plot-driven.

Thank you for addressing my first thought right off the bat - I must admit I too took this for an obvious cash-in but am I glad to hear I was wrong about that. This actually sounds like a thrilling novel of spycraft and it's pretty awesome that the author drew from his own life and experiences.

This sounds like a great book, especially given the current events regarding Russia and their influence in the US and other countries. It's a bit disappointing that the book isn't more character focused, but it's great that the plot of exciting enough to keep the story going. Thank you for a lovely review :)

Thanks for the excellent review. It sounds like Russia's Biggest Hack is an engrossing novel that makes you stick from start to finish. The novel reveals how Russia uses its online communications to influence the political affairs of Western countries. The story flows at a torrid pace. This book is recommended for the readers who like historical fictions or political stories.
