Suitability of the Title

I think that the title is suitable,as the word ghost does not refer only to apparitions, but also to the ghosts in one's own mind that chase him or her.

I think the book title is misleading, sine the title "face of fear" portrays more of horror happenings but ironically the content of the book which were mainly on kidnapping and abduction says otherwise.

I think the title presents the same problems as the cover art. While they work well together (the image is a great illustraion for "Face of Fear"), they give the sense that this is a horror novel. That's both going to mean disappointment for readers looking for a horror novel and turning off the suspense readers who are most likely going to enjoy the novel--but will, as the saying goes, judge the book by its cover and assume this is not a good fit for them.

Yes, I believe the title is suitable for this story because when killing they use the mask to cover their face if that is the last thing one sees or the picture they get in there head when they think about death or who is behind the killing then the mask that where used represents that face of fear.

I definitely thought it was horror, maybe of the supernatural variety, so I was disappointed to see that it was just about a kidnapping. But actually, my first thought when seeing the title was, "THIS is what we're reading in December?! Horror? Really? Halloween was only a month and a half ago!" I was completely fooled.

I thought it was a horror so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it wasn't. The title catches your attention and makes you want to know what the book is about. I think it does the job nicely.

The title of the book goes hand in hand with the cover page. As for the story I can't tell because I was scared of reading it since I thought it's a horror story.

In full honesty I think the cover and the title are a little misleading, when I saw them I was ready for a horror story and even if I really enjoyed it I was a little disappointed.

I am enjoying the book, but I would have never have chosen to read it had I come across it and just seen the title and cover. I don't read horror and would have assumed that was the genre. So, as has been said here, I think some readers clearly won't get what they expected, and some drama fans who were turned away by the cover might miss out on a good suspense novel.
