I actually don't enjoy superheroes but if I had to choose I'd definitely go for Batman.

I have always liked the Wolverine. He's good, but savage too. His metal claws are killer.

In the end, I guess I would say Green Lantern.

Most of the "villainous" women in the DC universe are simply misunderstood. My favorite comic character has always been Catwoman, although Ivy is a close second. I do like Batgirl/Oracle and Batwoman, too, but I think my favorite pure hero is Marvel's Spiderwoman (Jessica Drew).

I would go with Loki, though not sure, that he is a superhero. So, I think that my choices are Thor and Deadpool. I think, Deadpool is a very tricky and interesting character with a very specific story and role.
About Thor... I would say that I like how he loves his "brother" and what he does for avengers. However, I like Loki much more, for some reason, I can't explain why. Although, if I need to give certain answer to this question, I would go with Deadpool.

Raven from teen Titans even though she has evil backgrounds. She uses her powers for good and that's what matters.
