June - The Time Traveler's Wife

Post by awelker »

Ok so there was a forum for this book but i don't know what happened to it so here it goes.

This months book is the Time Travler's Wife. I think this is a exceptional book and I find myself not being able to put it down. This is probably one of my favorite books that i have read so far this year.

What does everyone else think so far?

I think that the book is great. I didn't really know anything about it, and it had been awhile since I'd read the description on the back, so I just jumped into it. I am almost done with it because I too can't put it down.

I loved this book - it had me heartily in love with Henry and Claire very early on. But I must admit, I wish someone had warned me it was so sad at the end - I literally cried until I threw up and gave myself a migraine!

I read it last year and gave my copy to someone, so I bought a new copy recently.

I LOVED this book, it was wonderful to read, very different from anything I have read before.

I never felt it dragged at all either. Quite the opposite, I ate every sentence up hungrily!
