laura Howard appears to belong to a group of very unlucky yet humourous persons. From the bank robbery incident to the ridiculous police question brings out a comedy tag on this book. There's also an element of absurdities.

I have noted with utmost concern that good hard working and responsible people like laura Howard are often unlucky while the careless ones like that cop are protected by nature.

This humorous mystery story seems interesting. The classic case of Laura Howard being at the wrong place at the wrong time, may relate to some real life cases. It's good for the author that the book is exemplary edited with smooth writing style and above all suitable for all ages. I also like the funny, vibrant character of Louise the (male) cat. Thanks for the great review and good book rating.

Sounds like it is pretty light and enjoyable. Sometimes if mysteries get to dark and dramatic I develop a bit of headache. haha. This sounds like a good balance though. I believe you that it can be read standing alone, but that totally bugs my brain. I think I will need to check out the previous books first. Then one day I will get to this one. haha. Thanks for the lovely review.
I love LOVE. <3

Right place, wrong time! This book seems to be basically Laura Howard's story. Narratives with comic angles bring out the humanity in us. Will definitely enjoy this book.

Thanks to the review, my interest is piqued.
Give me humour anytime really, I never get tired of it. But I've rarely read a book in the humour genre with a mix of Mystique. I think I'll enjoy this.
