patrickkillary wrote:Thanks for the great review. I am also refreshed to hear about the lack of unnecessary gore. So often in a murder/ thriller the plot seems to be based around the gore, sex, and violence. Can't we just kill people without all the details? Thanks again because it's nice to hear of a book that relies on the plot instead of the 'special effects'.

I totally agree!! :D

It takes a really good book for ones attention to be caught and held through the entirety of a book. You had convinced on the epic nature of the book the minute you said it caught your attention and held it.

This action packed thriller sounds amazing especially in the sense that it starts with suspense. I think the reader would get engrossed trying to discover who the killer is.

I like a book that speaks about our social and political issues. It points out stuff that most of us ignore or don't know about and helps us ask questions we should have been asking. I'd love to give this a try.

The short story seems interesting and the author having a balanced approach to writing violence, thus writes even without delving too much into gore. I like how the author is able to tell the whole story and summarize it all in the short story. It's good that the book is professionaly written. Thanks for the high rating and good review.

Nice review! It's good to know that there is little violence and the romance is just hinted at. That's very refreshing!

Timely Death by scooter Reader is an action book written in first person by Ross. The main character Stormy raises concern of her dear life being danger as she has survived several dangerous attacks on her life and many other rich people like her have been murdered and with no criminals brought to justice as the police investigations always hit a dead end, she therefore turns to a lawyer for help who promises to protect her.

I am a fan of short stories. I am glad the violence depicted in this book is minimal. Murders and murder attempts make us all uncomfortable, but when a wealthy lady like Stormy is embroiled in multiple attacks on her life, finding who wants her dead becomes urgent.
