I am grateful for the tips. I love reading and I have always wanted to write my own book. These tips are really helpful and i believe that they will be helpful as i pursue becoming an author. I think that joining a writer's critic group would help me alot as it would help me to identify areas that my writing needs improvement.

Very interesting tips provided and yes I find them t9 be true in my 5years of writing experience. Reading and writing go hand in hand as you can not be a good writer if you can not read books from other authors. Thanks for the insights.

Thank you for your advise! I am definitely taking it to heart.
I absolutely love reading and have thought about writing something for so long, but haven't pushed myself to do it just YET!

It was good for me to realize what steps I'm weak in so that I can go about correcting them. Thank you. The writing and critique groups can be helpful- you have a second or third pair of eyes to look at your work. If there is one close to your area, that is helpful. so you don't have to drive so far. Sometimes it can also be a good idea to start one yourself, if there are non in your area, and have some of your writing-minded friends join.
