I love question number 12. the author must be very healthy to love such combinations of healthy fruits and vegetables. I love this page: getting to know the authors more.

I loved reading the interview. I feel like the author is honest and humble just from how he answers the questions. He is also intelligent which makes me curious about the context of his book.

I love the interview session. It's nice to check our behaviours and see where were lagging so we can improve and be a better person.

Highly captivating, insightful anď enigmatic interview. I wished the questions and answers didn't end, but of course everything that has a beginning must have an end. Thanks for being very honest with your answers and thanks also for educating me at the same time.

This was a fascinating interview, and I enjoyed the answers given by the author. I have been reading quite a bit about changing thought habits and patterns and will add this book to my TBR list. It is crucial to be aware of the thoughts flooding your mind daily from the time you wake up; your thoughts will probably guide the rest of your day.

thinking about how to think from some one else's point of view is intriguing to me. Especially different questions and how you would respond or think about how someone would respond. One of the questions that were asked, what age would you want to stay at for ever and they responded with the present time. That didnt make sense to me but after reading the full answer it totally does now. great book and point of view.

Interesting interview. I like how the author answered the questions honestly. Covid-19 really had a great toll on people the author did well in writing a power-packed book like this. Kudos!!!!
