Kissing is the easiest part

Post by Ashogbon Folashade »

Coming nearer
my heart raced, like an athlete on a marathon, moving closer to the end point, my heart giggles,
when his lip finally met mine
I felt a sense of withdrawal in my head
but my little mind is giving me a go ahead.

kissing hotter
afraid of next moving to the next
a chill ran down my spine and
I went cold with every of his damn touch
"what if I lose control I thought"?
but what? am already lost in his warms
his smiling eye gleam to my face
kissing me gentle badly.

The next has come
when the gentle bad guy
want to do the job, am scared then
he threw a second gleam at me and that makes me weak to my knees
and i whisper "Go on" to his ear, despite being afraid.

This is great! , You tell the story of a woman receiving a kiss that she makes seem forbidden. Her internal thoughts add a lustful approach to the whole love scene making it sound like every woman’s dreams

This was nice read but it lacks suspense. I didn't feel compelled to read all of it but otherwise it's a nice piece.

The idea is shared by all readers I believe, but for whatever reason I am not convinced while reading this. There is a sense of flow that doesn't quite portray that urge we all do as humans engaging in intimacy. Would revise, but definitely keep at it!

Beautiful poem. Feels very intense and flows together really well. However, there are some misplacement of words here and there that makes the flow difficult to read.

this is such a wonderful poem. I felt your emotions in your words. I hope you'll make more of this kind of poetry.

Scintillating but doesn't bore well with the title, makes the kiss seems like the hardest part.
