I listen to music everyday at work. It makes the time fly by. Plus, you can sing and dance with the music too.

Yes and no. When I am at my day job I do not, but when I am writing at home I do. I have playlists set up for each of my characters POVs, so when I am plugging away on a chapter, I have the right mood and mindset to keep within the styles I want for each one. If I need to change the mood of a scene, I also change my music accordingly. There are times where I shut the music off to read back and edit bits and pieces, but generally it is always on.

I open the radio on my way to work to help boost my energy, and I put my earphones on when I walk to work to keep me company

I still listen to music occasionally, but lately I've been listening to more podcasts while I work out. If I'm working out in nature (hiking, biking, running), I prefer listening to nature sounds around me instead of distracting myself with music or podcasts.

I can't get through my work without music. Whether it's writing or even my housework, I have to have one fo my playlists going on in the background, or my favorite CD's playing.

When I was working, I could not listen to music on most days. As a teacher, I had to set the example for my students. On conference days, when time was not structured by meetings, I would play music while I worked. Now that I’m retired, I listen to music everyday. It is great for relieving stress and just relaxing.

Yes I do, it helps killing stress and increases the duration of working.

It really depends on what I’m doing. Most of the time, I just concentrate on the task at hand. If I’m doing house work, I’ll listen to pop music or podcasts.

I would love to but I simply can't. When i listen to music I usually lose focus.
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

When I do work, I listen to music in the background as long as I am able to focus on my work. Listening to music helps keep me calm even when I don’t like the work that I am doing and overall improve my mood :D
