Skillet

Post by Jaime Lync »

Skillet is a very popular rock band. Their music is often used in AMV Videos for animes. The singers are Christians and their music is always inspiring - Awake and Alive for example. However, it wasn't until their recent album that the music seemed explicitly Christian. What is your favorite Skillet Song? What do you think of their music?

I really like skillet! I'm not religious, but their tune and melody is good. And some of their lyrics were enjoyable too.

I like Skillet a lot! They've been around for a while, and it has been interesting to watch them develop and change over the years. I think Monster would be one of my favorites.

I liked them but I feel like they've kinda been tamed by the CCM market, IDK.

But they were awesome, haven't listened recently.

I love Skillet. I was actually listening to them as I did some house work before sitting down to type this. They are so upbeat. They have no dull songs that I have found so far. If I need to vamp myself up for work or a workout, Skillet gets the job done.

I loved them, but haven’t listened much lately. Comatose was one of my favorite albums, and I saw them in concert twice.

I used to listen to Skillet all the time. I’ve even seen them live a couple times. I really liked “The Last Night” and “Collide”.

I love their music. I didn't really start listening to them until one or two years back, but I really like Save Me, Say Goodbye, and Comatose the best!
