If there's one song that helps me through tough times, it's "Hold On" by 33 Miles. The title itself says it all, it's not the time to give up. We are not the only one who experience hardships, we can't say that we experienced the worst. But do you know what matters? How we make it through. We can hold on to the one who gave everything to us, God. When we can't bear it all, hold on to God and He will be the one to fight for us and He won't let us down. :)

Yes. When Im still in break up and moving on stage, well all of the songs who has the word OVER is in my playlist (over you, almost over you, getting over me).
Sounds strange but it really helps me a lot.
I helps me to accept everything, it motivates me and giving me idea for being sadness no more.
It encourages my mind and my heart follows.
Exercises my mind that everything is over and I need to get trough with it. Seriously, it sounds strange but its effective, in this way you felt and experience being hurt by the music but as time comes you will be use to it until you will realize theres no hurt anymore.
And it's all because of a song.

Don't Give Up by Peter Gabrielle. This song has gotten me through depressing times! Being a varsity student from a poor background is tough! Having my goals in mind and this gem by Peter Gabrielle helps me through it!

And the sky was made of amethyst
And all the stars were just like little fish
You should learn when to go
You should learn how to say no
Might last a day, yeah
Mine is forever
Might last a day, yeah
Mine is forever
Well they get what they want, and they never want it again
Well they get what they want, and they never want it again
Go on, take everything, take everything, I want you to
Go on, take everything, take everything, I want you to
And the sky was all violet
I want to give the violent more violets
And I'm the one with no soul
One above and one below
Might last a day, yeah
Mine is forever
Might last a day, yeah
Mine is forever
When they get what they want, and they never want it again
And they get what they want, and they never want it again
Go on, take everything, take everything, I want you to
Go on, take everything, take everything, I dare you to
I told you from the start just how this would end
When I get what I want, then I never want it again
Go on take everything, take everything, I want you to
Go on take everything, take everything....

Oh wow, so many. During tough times I usually listen to "Details in the Fabric" by Jason Mraz or "This isn't everything you are" by Snow Patrol. Recently I went through a very difficult time where my best friend committed suicide and the song "All Ends Well" by Alter Bridge got me through a lot. Music, I believe, is a great encouragement during difficult times in our lives, but try to stay away from the negative. Keep smiling and living, this too shall pass.
