Music sticks in my head. Whenever I'm reluctant to do something, perhaps feeling shy, or thinking it won't be fun, I plug into my mind the song "It's Alright Have a Good Time" by Curtis Mayfield. Somehow this helps my brain relax & forget whatever was holding me back.

Yes I do. If I feel very sad, I often use Enya’s songs to cry myself to wellness :Lol:

Yes, it’s entitled The Climb. It reminds me constantly to fight and continue despite several challenges along my way. It has been as well our graduation song when we were in Elementary, and I’ll never forget about it.

I’ll start with the second question) Happiest times of my life chose to happen mostly in my childhood, or in my early youth years.
