Too many to mention, but the first that came to mind was Bach's Toccata and Fugue.

Are we talking about an instrumental solo that's buried inside a rock song? I mean, assuming we're not talking classical, I'm going to go with Pipeline by the Alan Parsons Project.

I can't think of a favorite instrumental off the top of my head but I really do love them. A lot of the time I'll just listen to instrumentals of my favorite songs to switch things up.

There isn't a definitive one for me because too much of a good thing is bad, I guess. I just really like listening to Chillhop and most of its other subcategories because they're catchy, calm, and just fresh. Sometimes, I'll search up the instrumental of a trendy song or a song that I found to be really interesting and is stuck in my head.

I don't really have a specific favorite instrumental. I do however hold a special love for piano instrumentals as I really do love piano.

I don't know the title, but I love the piano music from Titanic movie. It's really beautiful to me.

Since I play the violin myself, I can't get enough of instrumental violin music. My main song is Elements by Lindsey Sterling. Highly recommended if you enjoy dubstep, violin, or both.
