I doubt that anyone will like my answer, but Happy by Pharrell comes to mind.

OK, on a more serious note, Nightingale by Yanni, Somewhere Only We Know by Keane, and The Sunset Grill by Don Henley.

Oh, wait. Did you mean happy songs, or songs that sing about happiness? Oops.

Which is exactly what came to my mind. Followed by Don't Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin.

Clap your hands if you feel like a room without a roof.

Oh my gosh, I just realized something. Pharrell plagiarized that song that goes, "If you're happy and you know it clap your hands!" Oh no. There will be lawsuits aplenty.

I don't know if this counts, but the song that always puts a smile on my face is "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba. Haha, even the artist makes me smile a bit. I play this song if I have a hard day, and I instantly brighten right up!

Cows with Guns never fails to bring a smile to my face
We fade away, but vivid in our eyes
A world is born again that never dies.

Holy <bleep>! You've heard that song? I thought I was the only one! I wish I could recall the lyrics right now. It's been a while. Something about a sage old cow? Chickens with choppers?

At any rate, rock on. You and I clearly have good taste.

That reminds me of a happy song I love: Piece of <bleep> Car by Adam Sandler. That song makes me laugh every time.

Okay, I actually don't mind Pharrell's "Happy," but that's probably because it reminds me of a funny inside joke that I have with some friends.

I totally agree with Yanni's "Nightingale," that song makes me feel so serene!

I grew up listening to his Live at the Acropolis! I can play Felitsa on the piano, but it makes my hands tired.

As I walk through the valley where I harvest my grain,
I take a look at my wife and realize she's very plain.
But that's just perfect for an Amish like me,
You know, we shun fancy things like electricity...
