Whenever I sleep to music, it has to be something either instrumental (like classical). I've also tried sleep music playlists on Youtube that or sounds of nature. If something with lyrics, it has to be soft and slow which tend to be sadder so not exactly the best mindset to go into. If I had to choose, I'd stick with classical.

This is kinda weird, but I fall asleep listening to Inazuma Eleven go theme songs.

Classical usually makes for a good night's sleep. :)

Honestly, I usually listen to classical or instrumental music from movies when I am trying to go to sleep. It always seems to calm me. Enya works as well.

Music does help me sleep, but it's actually the fact that anything playing in the background is necessary to help me sleep. Considering this, I usually just have YouTube videos playing when I try to go to sleep.

Jazz or Chillhop is my stuff. Calm, rhythmic, but never getting in the way. Oh and they just sound fresh for some reason.

I like to sleep to country music on the radio. We only can get one radio station where we live and I actually prefer to listen to that rather than the radio stations on line.

Don't know why but Gregorian Chant puts me to sleep; there's something dreamy and ethereal about it. I also listen to more often than not, Old Time Radio mystery shows through app on phone.

I used to listen to music as I fell asleep. It was generally classic rock. I don't anymore though.
