Isn't most of today's "popular" music overrated?

Some of it is. Its mostly the top 40 over and over again and they all sound the same for the most part. Once in a while someone comes along who is more innovative than the main herd but thats not often.

I love listening to Glee's songs because I like them temporarily.

Off the subject... I saw new vinyl records in Barnes and Nobles!

I am newly into country music and have been listening to Tim McGraws new album Sundown Heaventown over and over.

You can still get them some places. I ordered a CD of Elvis at Sun records and they sent a vinyl album by mistake. It was brand new, but it was a piece of crap. The sound quality was bad, it skipped all over the place. I even tried it on two record players, one with a new needle but the thing wouldnt play. I sent it back and got the CD instead. If all newer records are like that I dont think I would waste my money on them.

The grand-daughter's are hooked on Frozen. Specifically "Do you Wanna Build a Snowman" and "Let it Go" Over and over and over and over. It is a good thing they're cute.
