I don't know about who's necessarily the best, as everyone has different opinions. I personally really like G-Eazy and Logic.

I am a huge fan of NF - his two albums so far - Mansion and Therapy Sessions are as they say ''sick''. There are so many rappers out there though and so many different styles of rap that I think you have to ask a more specific question - a rapper good be a very good lyricists but his flow is 'meh' and there are some raps that are fast while others are better slow depending on the beat...can a rapper that only goes fast be the best or is a more versatile rapper tha knows how to flow on both slow and fast raps be the best?
There are also many rappers that don't get mainstream recognition because they are labelled as ''CHH'' - Christian Hip Hop artist..There are guys like Lecrae, Andy Mineo, DaTruth, Derek Minor and I could mention alot more that put their Christian faith in their music and some radio stations shun that.
