Which songs annoy you?

This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

Which songs annoy you?

Post by Areej Tahir »

Certain songs make my skin crawl or make me so annoyed that I often wonder how could anyone even make them.
There was a death metal song that disturbed me for some time.
What about you?

Sweet but Psycho by Ava Max. It's an irritating song and overplayed.

There’s a song ‘potatoes’ I just listened it once but it irritated me like hell. Not only the song but video as well.

Havana by Camila Cabello will never stop being annoying. But as a whole I would say a lot of these new wave fluffy pop songs annoy me because they're written to be catchy and to chart, not to be good.

All the songs of the artist Merzbow. all of his music is just nonsense noise. literally. it's impossible to appreciate his music since there is no beat or melody just pure noise. I don't know what makes him think that pure noise can be justified as music. perhaps he is just making experiments but I don't know.

"Break up with your boyfriend I'm Bored" and any other insipid, over-sexualized song by ariana grande.

Also, "brandy you're a fine girl. " by looking glass. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me. :x

Kill this love from blackpink. The song is good actually but it gets me annoyed when it overplayed everywhere. My friends are huge fan of them so they played it and sang it out loud at college regularly which makes me want to punch them in the face.

Any song could potentially annoy me if radio stations keep playing them over and over every hour... :roll2:

If the song has a whiny voice or contrasting chords, I get really annoyed real quick. For instance, if one instrument is being played but it somehow interferes with another, I don't even want to continue listening.

Everytime I plug my phone into my car. Sonny and Cher’s song A Cowboy’s Work is Never Done comes on so now the start of that song drives me up the wall. Also I had the Frozen soundtrack. When Let It Go came out I heard it 30 times in one weekend at a dance competition. Worst day ever.

I totally agree!!!
The strongest impetus a man will ever have, in an individual sense, will come from a woman he admires.
