Member of the Month Nomination: Ant

Post by Ryan » 30 Jul 2016, 18:51

It's with great pleasure that we crown Ant as the reigning Member of the Month. You've probably seen him prowling around in the various forums, lurking in the shadows of apocrypha with an attractive modesty and friendly approach to all he meets. A steady member since 2011, Ant has kneaded his own comfortable nook into the forum community and settled into its mellow, cozy embrace, proving that he's a real part of the glaring. He doesn't just laze around performing his ablutions, however; he's an active poster and a real gent. It's good to have you with us, Ant ... even if we do have to watch you around the wallpaper.

Do you guys realize that at the end of August we will have completed one full year of Member Of The Month selections?

Where does the time go?

I think it is appropriate that Ant is the MOTM for August because as we all know ants are most prolific in hot months like August. I like OUR Ant very much but I am usually not a big fan of ants in general. Just this morning a wild gaggle of them ran off with my plate of French toast, and to add insult to injury they were all giggling as they ran away.
