Help please, What does This Means?

I have a couple of english sentences which I can't figure out the meaning of the word streaker:
1-"...he threw his shoulders forward and his streaker-clad feet rushed as if to prevent a fall."
2-"...he wore ghastly black suit from head to streakers."
Is he wearing no shoes at all?
Sorry if the questions sounds silly but English isn't my natural language.
I'll apreciate your comments.

I think you are dealing with a misspelling. Based on the sentences you gave, it should be "sneakers" not streakers. Sneakers are athletic shoes. A streaker is someone who runs naked through a crowd!

Thank you, CommMayo. I've already solved the mistery. It seems the writer used a word combination ( sneaker+streak ) in order to suggest that the man was wearing some sort of fast shoes. I should have the post deleted, sorry.
Cheers

I'm with CommMayo. I accidentally read "streaker" as "sneaker" at first and didn't see the problem. Definitely looks like a misspelling.
