A-car-jay - what is it?

Can anyone tell me what ‘a-car-jay’ is? It’s either something international or something car related that I don’t understand. I couldn’t find a dictionary definition. Thank you

Ah, looks like I just have to read on to get my answer. Turns out it’s a Mexican dish ‘Acarajé’, the character pronounced it phonetically. I’ll wait a bit before I ask my next question 😄
