Grammarly: How Does It Work?

Some grammar rules (and embarrassing mistakes!) transcend the uniqueness of different regions and style guides. This new International Grammar section by ultimately identifies those rules thus providing a simple, flexible rule-set, respecting the differences between regions and style guides. You can feel free to ask general questions about spelling and grammar. You can also provide example sentences for other members to proofread and inform you of any grammar mistakes.

I use the app. I have downloaded it on my phone. I usually write a word document without using it first. Then I enable its keyboard and go to the document. When I type one word, it analyses the whole document and shows errors.

Okay, sorry for the troubles you had.
You can simply download the app for windows and sign up for the basic plan which is free. You may find it limited in regards some areas like getting a professional to proofread your work or checking for plagiarism, but it would really check errors that have to do with spellings, tenses, concord, etc. Take note that it is still far from being perfect as you may discover some errors even after using it.
I hope this is helpful.
