Re: User Trade Thread "A BOOK ACCESSORY"

Post by WendyJo67 »

“A Book Accessory” a/k/a Bookmark

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October and after 2 surgeries, I had my first radiation treatment today with 34 more to go (the cancer is gone and the radiation is follow up). While I LOVE reading, at times I have found that spending time with my sewing machine is quite therapeutic as well. I know a lot of people have Nooks and Kindles but I know many still read a good old book. Would anyone be interested a bookmark? I have been making them out of quilting fabric. I have them for all ages. They are very inexpensive, cute and make nice gifts too. I gave one to my friend for her daughter (with monkeys on it) to go with a book called “5 Little Monkeys”.

Send me a message if you are interested. Thanks so much.

I think that is a great idea, because on other sites like ebay craiglist etc. there are million of sellers that are trying to sell different things. but here we would only get users that are trading books.

Hey, I was gonna have an eBay sale, but I'll throw this list out there first. Any interested parties, contact me.

These are all top-quality (not mass market) paperbacks. They are all in Like New or New condition. They are all YA titles.

Don't Look Back--Jennifer L Armentrout
Hereafter by Hudson
Shadowlands by Brian
Secrets and Shadows by Shannon Delany
13 to Life, also by Delany
The Dare by Hannah Jayne
Vanishing Game by Myers
No One Else Can Have You by Hale
Bad Girls Don't Die by Katie Alender
Another Little Piece by Quinn
Sati by Christopher Pike
Haunted by Lynn Carthage
Pivot Point by Kasie West

I also have a whole bunch of everything, so if there's another book or whatever that you're interested in, then let me know! Sorry, I have no Joanna Fluke or the Alchemist.

I think this would be a great idea. I have some books I have put to sell on Amazon and they have not sold so I was looking for another way to sell them :)

what a great idea. I usually donate my books to the schools, or my Mom's condo complex's 'library'... but this is a great idea too for the books I find more difficult to part with :)

I am an affiliate marketer but I won't try to trade, nor advertise here. I already got 1 warning and I think it's enough. I don't wanna add something up to that warning by telling about the products and services I offer.

I don't think I have ever gotten rid of a book by my own choice - my parents i guess got rid of most of the ones I read when I was younger, which is sad as some I would love to reread , or they packed them away. I love to read so may be interested in others books in the future.
