There are several British "sodas" that are little known internationally: Tango, Vimto, Tizer and Irn Bru. Full of sugar like their better-known counterparts of course, but apart from that, they are all rather tasty.

One thing I would definitely define as gross is the really hardcore Scandinavian licorice. I am stumped as to how eating that could ever constitute a pleasant experience.
