your sympathy's appreciated,
and your offer's very kind,
nice that I am on your mind,
But I'll keep watch, I think I should
and the fresh air will do me good,
and stop me from going mental
dwelling on my problems dental,
here I am and here I stay,
and I'm not going to go away!

It's like I'm listening to a fairy tale which keeps on convincing me to stay.

When life seems far too dull and hard
see me as your Sheherezade,
I will tell tales and verses write,
gladly for you, by day or night,
and will be honoured so to do,
so just one thing I ask of you,
accept that I deserve it most,
and let me claim that nice last post!

Probably not, but as you see,

You did not reply to my question regarding the poem forum. Is there a competition going on in there?

I have a poet friend too. He is now with other poets posting poems in a certain website. I'll try to ask him if there is a competition in there. Last time, he posted that having his name on the list of accepted poets in that website made him so happy.
