I read the review and the sample on this book, World, Inc. I thought I downloaded the entire book but as I got into the story I soon realized it was the sample, Boo! Hiss! I scrambled to get the rest of the book because I couldn't sleep. Aaaahhh. This book is a lot like the movie "Oblivion" with Tom Cruise and I really like that movie.

I just haven't gotten to the part that explains why Agent Sliver took the daughter from her farm where she lived with her parents, but he killed her parents!! I know in the book it was explained that they (the parents) were antagonists against the government but to kill her parents and rescue her doesn't make sense to me and on top of that he takes her back to the scene of the farm to show her it has been burnt to the ground. Like a knife stabbing one in the heart and then twisting it, that's the feeling he gave the girl; now I need to read on and find out why he did that inhumane act.
