PROOF OF INSANITY

Post by Colleen0701 »

:P
I have proof that I am insane. I blame books. I have no idea why, but I have just finished a little book on the paranormal, angels and demons and that sort of thing.
At the end of the book, I wondered what would be nice to read next.
I have about a hundred books on kindle, and another hundred actual books that still have to be read.
But I don't want to read any of them.
I want to read a book I have already read.
Okay, that's not so weird.
The book I want to re-read is The Count Of Monte Christo, by Alex Dumas (pere). All 148 chapters of it. And I'm sure I'm wrong on the chapter count, it's probably closer to 200.
Yes, we can call the men in the white coats to come save me from myself.
Some people read to live. I live to read.

I wouldn't worry too much about that! Quite often I have a stack of new books (or new to me) and still want to retreat to an old friend!
