Because my account is with amazon.de, if I apply vouchers from other regions like .com to it, I cannot use them. I did talk to Scott about this and he said you can get Kindle books with vouchers from other regions but I find if I try to buy them, I'm taken to .de where my Kindle is registered, and then I cannot use the vouchers. My solution was to open an account with amazon.com with a different email address. That has worked, though not for Kindle books.
