It takes me a week or more. I can do it in less than a week but I have work, so I write my reviews on weekends.

My first week on this site I was so excited that I read two books in a week and submitted the reviews within that week.

I take longer reading books for official reviews. I can't read a book and do the official review in one week. Typically, it takes 7-10 days to read. I write the review in one sitting but then do a second edit the next day to make sure it meets all grammar guidelines, as well as the other review requirements. When rushing, I found myself with lower scores. With waiting between edits, my scores went up.
Life without a good book is something MrsCatInTheHat cannot imagine.

I try to submit a review within a week, then it takes about a week for my review to get approved :)

If the book is good, I can read it really quickly. With my official reviewing books, however, I like to take more time and read them and write a review in little over a week.

I just posted my first Review for review *ha ha* today; it took me about 2-3 weeks to read the book (346 pages) - interspersed with work and freelancing - then I wrote the Review and submitted it in less than 24 hrs. It takes me no time to write 400 words or so and I was pretty much mentally "writing" it while reading, as I'd taken a lot of notes during the process.

Depends on the length of the book and how busy I am. I have a full-time job and am a single mommy too. I've been on here a few weeks and I have done 6 reviews so far.

I use to be able to send a review in two days. Those were the good days indeed.....

I am able to get through a book a day, so my reviews tend to be done relatively quickly. However, I'm not as constrained as some folks here are by work commitments, so I have more time to get through a book as a result. Of course, that 'book a day' is an average. The length of the book, and the subject matter, both dictate the pace.

It usually takes me a week or two to read a book, depending on how much I like it. Then it takes me a few days to do the review, a few edits the first day and a final edit the second day. I find that if I rush to get the review in I get lower scores.
