Click on the navigation button that should be at the top, to the right. After that, there is a button that says forums. When you click on that you are on the forum page. There are a lot of different categories with tons of different topics under them. Choose a category, choose one of the hundreds of topics and then there should be a post reply button. It's actually similar to how you posted on here.
Yes, this site is trustworthy. I've been here almost two months and I've had no problem. The people are nice, the books are interesting and if you're part of the Review Team you are compensated with free books. When you build your level up, you'll get paid as well.
