I was able to meet my old school mates after parting ways for six years now.

I took my guinea pigs to the vet because one of them had a torn ear. I realize I was worried he might have been scratching due to a skin condition, which I knew a guinea pig die of once. As the vet cleaned a lot of black gunk off the ear (dried blood) it became apparent that it was a bite from the other guinea pig. So now I have a salve to put on it. They don't normally fight too much.
I'm also glad that I have figured out ways to keep the fish tank cool as the temperatures are really too hot for the fish we have.

Got up early to beat the heat. I'm very tired now but glad that I got a couple of hours work done early on. I'm proud of myself for making the effort.

Fixed my fence, replaced some of it. My dogs kept getting out.

I enjoyed some rain yesterday evening. Today is forecast to be extremely hot but again I managed to get up early and get something done while it was still cool. Figuring out how to use a tool on my computer gave me confidence.
