I usually workout when I am very stressed. It's the best way for me to release all the physical tension and to clear up my mind.

Well, I do breathe in and breathe out. If there are any green patches around, any garden, or even roadside trees, I go for a walk. Taking a walk in an open space always helps.

I listen to some music or I take a nap lol. I don't know why but sleeping makes me feel better.

I like to shop at Dollar Tree, go to yard sales and thrift stores, clip coupons and buy on clearance. Kind-of like retail therapy!

Also, I like to do a new recipe in my crockpot.

I have 3 ways to cope up with stress:
1. I listen to pumped-up music and dance like crazy.
2. I talk to someone.
3. I sleep.

I always deep breath I even count it sounds weird but it works at least for me then I'll write a song cause sometimes I don't feel like listening one more thing that works for me a long walk.
