Honestly, I read or listen to music when I'm stressed. Sometimes I'll just relax and watch some "good old fashioned" Psych. When I'm really stressed out, I really just need to relax or lift up my mood a little with a few good laughs.

When I am stressed? Well, I drink a cup of, calming, lemon ginger herbal tea - caffeine free. I listen to softly played smooth jazz music. I have found that reading calms my nerves.
