I breathe in and out for ten seconds and then think about my favourite musician or singer or any song and start to think about the lyrics so that my mind concentrates on the music and not over what I was mad at a few moments ago.

Depending on what type of stress I'm feeling, I have a few different strategies. For anxiety, a run helps calm me down. If I'm feeling depressed, music or a hot bath often takes the edge off. Cleaning the house can make a surprising difference, too. Chaotic surroundings are stressful, after all.

Stress can kill. I can walk and visit my friends. Same to watching movies.

I watch movies, listen to music, or colour. Most recently, I started on my mythomorphia coloring book by Kerby Rosanes.

Meditation is good. Or sometimes just taking a break from whatever is stressing you out. Even if you feel like you have no time to do so, it's important that you take that break because you when you come back to whatever you were working on, you'll be able to attack it with new and greater energy and be more productive anyways

I keep an adult coloring book in my car and house. If I feel stressed or bored, I just color. It helps me focus. Then after that I get out my blank paper and start to doodle and sketch. Before I know it I've created a decent piece of art I can give to someone. All this makes me feel better.

I find one of my favourite books and throw myself into it. They make me feel so safe and cosy!

I go to the gym. Afterwards at home, I turn on music or tv and essential oil diffuser. If it is the weekend, maybe a glass of wine.

When I am stressed I like to listen to relaxing music. I also use deep breathing techniques to try and calm down. Another good stress reliever is to go for a walk.

Art :) It definitely calms me. Also prayer, music and dancing, the gym, a hot shower, and watching bad reality TV, lol. Those are my go-to stress relievers!

I find that cleaning up my room, reading, playing video games, watching YouTube videos, baking, and hanging out with close friends are ways to help me to reduce my stress levels. Exercise can vary for me, but I would like to make this method more dominant in my life because it's healthier.

When I am stressed, I usually will turn on the radio, crank the music up as loud as it can go, and just rock out! Five Finger Death Punch always gets me in a better mood!
