I clean a lot. Usually in the same fashion, too. Start in the kitchen, move to the living room, and if I haven't calmed down the bathroom is last!

Read, listen to music, or work in my journal (the latter might involve writing, making a collage, or both).

I can read if I'm just normal stressed, but if I'm really stressed out, sometimes reading goes out the window (unless I enjoy reading the same sentence a million times  ).
Music is a must when I'm really stressed.

I'll also cook when I'm stressed.

It often depends on the origin of it.

The one doing the hitting, yeah, but that other one just looks sad

Kidding. I've always thought sparring would kick stress in the butt 8)
