What would you change ?

Post by Abigail09 »

I was wondering what I would change if I was given the chance to do change something . I think I would change the way I grew up because it was tough. What do you think ? What would you change if you were given the opportunity ?

Nothing most likely. It would affect too much and totally change my life and of those around me.

Hmm . I understand but do you mean you have never wished you could change something?!

I have many regrets if that is what you mean. No doubt about me having made many mistakes in my life.

Yes I have regrets , so many things I wish could have happened differently , relationships I wish I had taken more seriously , talents that I should have worked on but like they say ' opportunity comes but once' .Just working on not having so many regrets anymore . We make mistakes!

If I could change something and not have it affect anything else in my life then I would change a lot of things. But like what rssllue said, if it would create a chain reaction, I wouldn't change a thing because I would be too afraid that I'd end up worse off than if I hadn't changed anything at all. :P

hmm .I totally get your point .I know change can affect lots of things .If you were told that you have nothing to loose and you get a chance to change just one thing ,what would it be ?

I don't want to change anything. I am satisfied with what I have. To err is human. If I hadn't any troubles at all or made any mistakes, maybe I couldn't feel the happiness at all.And I believe, whatever happens.... happenss for good. It's also true that I sometimes think that I shouldn't have done "this" or "that"....but nothing to change. I am fathoming the world's truth.Thank you for the question

Its fine . I still feel like you don't understand my question .Lemme tell a you a bit about myself .My growing up was kinda tough .My parents don't see eye to eye(divorced) .If I was to change the way I grew up then i would have become probably a Phd student by now but am still an undergrad .Wouldn't I be right to do that?

I can see what you mean.

Of course only if nothing else would change...

I would want to change my childhood/my mother's choices more than any of my own. She has some serious issues and I haven't seen her in years. I would like my son to have a relationship with her, but I know I could never allow that with the way she is currently.
Whenever you read a good book, somewhere in the world a door opens to allow in more light. :techie-studyingbrown:
