What's in your Freezer?

Post by suzy1124 »

Mainly fruits and veggies as a " back-up "

Fish and seafood that freeze well, such as shrimp, swai, tilapia, lobster tails ,( salmon doesn't )

Steaks and chops, a turkey, nuts, seeds, frozen yogurt and sorbet...

Leftover soups, pot roast....

Pirogies, dim sum ( pot stickers ) crab cakes..

Hahaha...well, i believe in: " you are what you eat "

Basically i eat whatever i want, luckily i don't care for the typical American diet of empty calories...

Record breaking Diabetes increase IN CHILDREN, consuming way too much SUGAR and cheap CARBS /CAKES /PASTRIES, etc

Not to mention " fast-food "........UUGGHH...i prefer my own burgers !

Laura's Lean hamburger patties--a good way to eat low-fat hamburger.
Frozen Fruit Medley (Kroger--or Private Selections--brand) for smoothies and flavored water (five fruits). Also, frozen berries.
Ice cube trays, mostly for my dad's use.

Depends on what freezer. The one in the mud room has all meat...just butchered a cow. The one in the house has fruits, vegetables and leftovers

A variety of foods and vegetables. We have to be resourceful. You just don't know what you have to fall back on.
