Do you usually make a vat and freeze it? I love to freeze stuff, makes my meals easier. Shepherd's pie for dinner for us tonight. But with beef, not lamb. Lamb is sooooo expensive, we save it for special treats like birthdays and holidays.

Fish dish. Any type of fish such as tilapia. In a cake pan add a little chicken broth, shallots, garlic, a little thyme, bay leaf and seasining salt. Bake for 20 min 325 and cover with foil before baking.

:laughing-rolling:

We used to tell our youngest daughter that EVERYTHING was chicken. Therefore, she ate a variety of meats and even fish always thinking it was chicken. It worked for a while until she wised up to our shenanigans.

Yesterday's posting got me in the mood for some seafood. I am going to pick up some fresh salmon on the way home from work. Squeeze some fresh lime on it and throw it on the grill tonight. Mmmmmmm.....

I guess salmon is popular today. I love it when the time of year is right for cold salads.
