Driving home late last night I met a baby rabbit on the road - just sitting there. I thought I was actually going to have to get out & lift him out of the road he seemed so reluctant to be bothered with me or my car. But what I wondered about is what is a baby rabbit doing out and about in mid-October, should he not be all grown up by now?
Anyway, he hopped off about his business with 'nere a backward glance at me & I headed on home hoping he makes it through the winter.

My friend saw a snake on her running path today! I didn't see it personally, but she said it was terrifying. I would have loved it! I love snakes!

Hibiscus brings me back to my time in Mexico , along w/Bougainvilea they grew like " weeds "........
