@Lunastella

Parking lots (car parks) remind me of cars, and they are static, but I can't think of any association with superheroes.

Flashlight? Or Torch? Or Torchlight?

The Flash - The DC Superhero
OR
The Human Torch - One of the Fantastic Four Heroes.

And flashlights/torchlights might remind one of car headlights.

Something beginning with "Flash" that goes with computers and reminds you of cars or maybe what cars do.

More like something we do with cars. I admit prepositions in English are troublesome for me, but the sentence would be Someone___ a car.

Flash would match spark
Takes explosion of vapors in the pistons to make the car work
Spark plugs spark in the car
You can see a spark from static electricity.

Spark is all I can think of
