Nope. It isn't a body part or any type of bodily process like thinking. It is an object - something you can physically use in everyday life. It might be legitimately described as a tool, but the work it does is not physical, sort of like the concept of the internet, but I hasten to add that this does not have anything directly to do with the internet in and of itself. Properly stated: it is a tool which expedites and makes day-to-day living easier to deal with but is not essential. Some people use it and some don't, and some are not allowed to use it, but it is a very popular means of getting accomplished the task for which it was invented.
