The movie was pretty good and stayed true to the story. But I still prefer the book.

I have seen the movie and it was a nice adaptation although it was not as good as the book, it missed some parts.

I'm naturally biased towards books, but the movie did deliver. The cast was mostly fresh (on the acting front, at least, and apart from Nat) but had a decent camaraderie that made all the funny scenes ten times more hilarious.

i thought that the book was better than the movie. That being said, The filmmakers did do a good job at representing the book in movie format and I loved them equally. So it makes ssnse for me, who always reads the books first, to be more biased towards the book.

I sort of like the book more, mainly because it has one of the best opening paragraphs I have ever read. Just like all the movie adaptation of any book, several scenes are omitted in the movie; when I ask for a story, I like to have it whole which is why I gravitate more towards to book than the movie. However, this movie is a good adaptation

Definitely the book! Cara Delevingne is one of my favourite models and seeing that she landed the role as the ever enigmatic Margo Roth Spiegelman, I was so hyped up for the movie. Unfortunately, the movie didn't live up to its book counterpart at all.

I hate to admit it, but I've only seen the movie version in its entirety and read only a little bit of the book. So far, I am liking the book.

I think I preferred the book although i found it easier to follow the movie than the book, but even then, the book was fairly easy to follow. The book definitely developed Margo's character a lot better than the movie (although Cara Delevingne was amazing in the movie) and I loved the quote "she loved mysteries so much, she became one. Based on the writing, especially because John Green is so good at writing beautiful stories, I would say I preferred the book.

I've never watched the movie, but experience has taught me that the book is always going to be better that the movie. After all, there's only so much you can include in a 2 hour movie.

But, I am curious and will definitely watch it if I get a chance.

I think the movie had more energy than the book. This wasn't among John Green's better novels anyway.

The movie was amazing. I actually read the book a while back then watched the movie. I would still say book but the movie came very close.

I recently had the chance to rewatch the movie, and to this day I still prefer the book more. While the directors did a pretty good job adapting the Paper Towns novel into a movie, it didn't have the same effect on me as the book did. The book included more details than the movie, and in a novel like Paper Towns, those little details have a huge impact on the quality of the story. The movie is decent, but not near as good as the novel.

I read the book a couple of years ago and I watched the movie recently, but from what I can remember, both the book and the film did not have much impact on me. I think it's because I was much older than the characters when I read the book and saw the movie. Still, I don't think there's much difference between them. Obviously, the book has more details that we can't see on the screen, but I would say they are both good if anyone wants to give them a try.

I never saw the movie, so I am going to have to go with the book. Although this wasn't necessarily my favorite book, I do remember it being a very adventurous one. I couldn't imagine doing some of the things that the teenagers in this movie do.

The movie. Even remembering it causes my eye to water. Well, I read the book after watching the movie, so there's that.
