I really appreciated the film but because I read the story first, I prefer the book because it gave me the first impression of the story.

I haven't watched the film yet but I really appreciated the book series.

The book was amazing, of course, John Green is a genius. But for the first time, I really enjoyed the movie and thought that it was faithful to the source material but also took some great creative liberties. Dare I say, I almost prefer the movie's ending.

It has definitely been a long time since I've read the book but I'm not sure the hilarious scenes the boys havr in the car were present the way they were in the movie. The actors were incredibly talented and balanced the seriousness and humour perfectly.

In my opinion, book were far better than the movie. As a fan of John Green in general, his words directly and all thoughts combined gives me the feels. With movies, the best quality is the sound effects which makes a great deal of difference in the experience.

I remember that the film showed the characters in such an annoying and unexplained way that i ended up hating Margo meanwhile the book actually made her very relatable and made his journey more meaningful other than that i dislike films adding non-existent charachters that take away from the book's value. That's just my opinion 😇
