I enjoyed this book immensely. It had a new feel to the old "coming of age" synopsis; yet with a flair of psychotic thriller undertones. I really thought the mystery aspect was intriguing; it easily hooked me in and kept me guessing as to what could be next.

I thoroughly enjoyed paper towns, I thought it was so full of emotion and for some reason gave alot of nostalgia and left me feeling a little empty.

Let me start with saying Greene is overall one of my favorite ya authors, I was in love with fault in the stars and equally as in love with paper towns! I envy the MC and his rendering of her!

I haven't watched the movie, but the book was allright. I think the author's writing was what really made me want to read the book. I found that some parts just weren't very interesting, but only a select few. Nevertheless, it was a good read and just another of the author's amazing works.

I've just never been the biggest fan of John Green as an author. I love him as a person and activist, but his work never spoke to me and the hype he got for The Fault in Our Stars just turned me off from him. Good on him for creating books that people love and praise, but I just never got into any of his books. I read the first chapters of An Abundance of Catherines, The Fault in Our Stars, and Paper Towns, but none of them kept me interested enough to read the rest of the books.

This is a very good book. I laughed so much while reading this book. Green has done a great job. I rate it 3 out of 4 stars. This book is worth reading.

I give the book 4 stars because as much as the characters frustrated me, you can't beat John Green's writing style.

I honestly couldn't finish this book. Characters are a big part of my enjoyment in any book, and the characters were so frustrating and annoying. I also had a tough time enjoying Green's writing style with this book. All-in-all, I gave up on this one and decided to read something more enjoyable to me.

I actually enjoyed this book more than I have other books by John Green, I just find YA novels to be so repetitive so I like them to be unique and harder to predict. This was a bit more fun to read and I liked the ending more than I've liked the way some of his other books are ended.

I thought it was a great book, the plot was interesting and the ending wasn't predictable at all, it's not my favorite book by John Green but it certainty was enjoyable.

I would recommend this book and the movie both. I have read this book a long time ago before the movie came out. It's a great book.

I really liked this book when I was younger. It reminded me of the futility of trying to rely on someone else to fulfill our dreams and motivations. We have to rely on ourselves to forge our own path. We cannot always wait on someone else to tell us that this is what we need to do.
