Maybe the sky is a mirror

Post by Daniel-book »

That reflects down the sun’s rays on us,
That keeps a reflection of our images and actions during the day,
That will be used as a neutral background,
To display all our images and actions,
On the judgment day.

Maybe the sky is a mirror,
That reflects down the moon’s rays on us,
That keeps a reflection of our images and actions during the night,
That will be used as a big screen,
Where all these images and actions will be displayed,
On the judgment day.

Maybe the sky is a mirror,
A concave reflector,
That concentrates sun’s rays at the Centre of the earth,
Making the areas around the equator hotter than the poles.

If indeed the sky is a mirror,
That reflects our images and actions,
Then we should be wary of our actions during the day and at night,
Because the sky never goes away,
And everywhere you go, you will still see it,
Reflecting you.

Reading this poem actually had me thinking... what if the sky is a mirror? What if the sky is reflecting upon us? The sky never goes away, but the sun comes out during the day.. and the moon comes out at night. This poem has so much meaning if you read it several times... yes, I have red it many times, but this is a great poem. It’s just beautiful. Im honestly in love.

Wow, this poem is definitely thought provoking.

I would consider condensing the poem
Shortening it and appealing to it's strengths.
