*I'm always on this forum - but I never post one of my own poems so here we go*


Levayah

In the Jewish tradition we place a pebble on the tombstone of the deceased
During the funeral we looked for the perfect one for our uncles grave

We were told he died in a car accident
Although Herman is gone he will always be

We picked up the ground with our hands
And buried him
